Before you email about fitment
Include your chassis code (F97, G80, G01 and so on), model year, and trim. If you already have aftermarket bodywork or a non-factory bumper, mention that too — it changes what will bolt on cleanly. A photo helps.
Before you email about an order
Include your order number. For shipping damage, send photographs of both the packaging and the item — damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery under our Shipping Policy.
Response times
