Files you upload for custom products are used solely to produce your order and are shared only with the partner manufacturing that item. You represent that you hold the rights to any logo, badge, or artwork you submit, and you agree to indemnify us against third-party intellectual property claims arising from artwork you provide. We may decline to produce artwork we believe infringes a third party's rights.
We share personal information with service providers who help us operate: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, email/SMS marketing tools, and analytics providers. We also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information for money.
