Refund & Return Policy

Return window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Select products may qualify for an extended return window; eligibility and terms will be clearly stated within that product's description, and those product-specific terms govern.

Condition requirements

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with all original packaging, hardware, and documentation.
• Returns will not be accepted for products that have been test fitted, installed, or show any signs of mounting, wear, scratching, heat cycling, or modification.
• Items returned in a condition that prevents resale may be refused, or refunded at a reduced amount at our discretion.

Fees

• A restocking fee of 20% applies to accepted returns.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective items

If an item arrives defective or non-functional — defined as a verified issue that prevents the product from operating as intended — you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

Cosmetic imperfections or minor blemishes do not qualify as defects. This includes, without limitation: minor variations in carbon fiber weave, clear coat texture, weld appearance, surface finish, paint match, or small marks not visible at normal viewing distance. Automotive aftermarket components are produced to aftermarket tolerances, not OEM tolerances.

Fitment

Fitment information is provided as a guide. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that a part matches their exact chassis code, model year, trim, and factory equipment before ordering. Vehicles with prior accident damage, aftermarket bodywork, non-factory bumpers, or previously installed aftermarket parts may require modification for proper fit; this is not considered a defect.

Shipping damage

Items damaged during shipping will be replaced or exchanged accordingly. Please inspect your package upon delivery — any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. All shipments require signature confirmation; once marked as delivered by the courier, HPRM Motorsports is not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Made-to-order, pre-order & custom items

Made-to-order, pre-order, and personalized items (including custom logo projectors and items produced to your specification) are produced specifically for you and are not returnable except in the case of a verified defect.

Order cancellation

• In-stock items can only be cancelled prior to shipment.
• On cancellation of an in-stock order, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to cover processing and handling costs.
• If a restocking fee is not applied, a 3.5% processing fee will be charged to cover payment transaction costs.
• Available to Order and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.

How to start a return

Email support@hprmmotorsports.com with your order number and photographs. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected; please allow reasonable time for your bank to post the credit.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HPRM Motorsports' total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for labor, installation or removal costs, paint or bodywork, towing, storage, diagnostic charges, loss of use, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
