These Terms of Service govern your access to and purchases from HPRM Motorsports ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms, along with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Privacy Policy, each incorporated by reference.
We make reasonable efforts to display products, pricing, and availability accurately. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and refuse or cancel any order — including orders already placed — where a product was listed at an incorrect price, is unavailable, or where we suspect fraud or reseller abuse. If we cancel an order, your sole remedy is a refund of amounts paid.
Product images are representative. Finishes, weave patterns, and colors may vary between production batches and may render differently across screens.
Certain products we sell — including but not limited to catless downpipes, resonator deletes, midpipes, Z-pipes, and other emissions-related exhaust components — are sold for OFF-ROAD, CLOSED-COURSE, AND COMPETITION USE ONLY.
These products are not legal for use on public roads or highways in the United States and may violate the Clean Air Act, EPA regulations, CARB requirements, and state or local law. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:
HPRM Motorsports accepts no liability for use of these products on public roads.
Professional installation is strongly recommended. Improper installation can cause property damage, vehicle damage, or personal injury. You assume all risk associated with installation and use.
Aftermarket modification may void all or part of your vehicle manufacturer's warranty. We make no representation regarding the effect of any product on your factory warranty and are not responsible for denied warranty claims.
Products are sold with any manufacturer warranty that accompanies them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Any performance, sound, horsepower, or fitment figures referenced are estimates based on typical results and are not guaranteed. Actual results vary with vehicle condition, tune, fuel, modifications, altitude, and environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including labor, installation or removal costs, paint or bodywork, towing, storage, diagnostic fees, loss of use, lost profits, or vehicle downtime.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HPRM Motorsports and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use, installation, resale, or misuse of any product, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
All site content — text, images, video, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to HPRM Motorsports and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission. Vehicle manufacturer names, model designations, and chassis codes are used for fitment reference only and do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by any manufacturer. BMW and M are trademarks of Bayerische Motoren Werke AG; HPRM Motorsports is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by BMW AG.
If you have an issue with an order, contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us, or on an order that was delivered as described, may result in your account being restricted from future purchases and in recovery of related costs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which HPRM Motorsports operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms at any time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
