A silicone front mount intake built for the big BMW SUVs. It replaces the factory airbox setup with a front-mounted layout and silicone tubing, and it comes in five color combinations so it looks right when the hood is open.

Install Notes: Read Before Ordering

  • X5M / X6M: no bumper removal needed.
  • M50i / M60i: the bumper must come off for installation.
  • Cars with active grilles: the bumper must come off, and the active grille system must be removed.
  • Does not fit the X5 50i or X6 50i.

FAQ

Do I need to remove the bumper?
Not on the X5M or X6M. On the M50i and M60i models, and on any car with active grilles, yes, and the active grille system has to be removed as well. If you'd rather not do that yourself, plan on a professional install.

Will it fit my X5 50i or X6 50i?
No. This intake does not fit the X5 50i or X6 50i. It fits the M models and the M50i / M60i models listed above.

Does it fit the X7?
Yes, on the X7 M50i (2019 to 2022) and X7 M60i (2023+). It also fits the XM (2023+).

Which color should I pick?
Colors are named tubing first, then filters: for example, "Black / Red Filters" is black tubing with red filters. Pick the combination that matches your engine bay.
